J.T. Collection was founded in 2014, mum and daughter team selling clothing at Fetes and Fairs. 

 At the beginning of 2020 we expanded our range to include Children's and Baby wear, our website was launched and in December 2020 opened a shop at an  indoor market in South Wales. 

In February 2022, we moved into a larger store, where we were able to stock more items and take personal orders from customers. 

We continue to attend fairs and fetes and fun days during the year. So keep an eye on our Facebook page.

We also have an ordering service, if there is a specific product you are after, I am sure I can find it for you. 

Our small family business, means that we are passionate about our customer service.

Orders online are processed within 48 hours, except at weekends and bank holidays, and confirmation email sent. Delivery is 2nd Class Royal Mail standard delivery, usually between 7 and 12 working days.

 There are some items that may take a few days longer as they are popular items. We have decided not to charge for postage and packaging in the UK for the time being, however on larger or bulk purchases we do ask for a postage fee if this can not be collected from our store.

Hampers are sent packed, so that customer can assemble to avoid damage to products in transit.

If you are requesting to send abroad please contact us, and we can let you know cost to do this  

Returns and Refunds, we hope you enjoy your item, however we know that sometimes sizes are not universal. We offer an exchange or full refund if returned within 90 days of purchase. Item must be returned in a resalable condition. Cost of postage must be covered by customer.

For health and safety reasons we are not able to accept underwear for exchange or refund unless it is faulty and unused.
